THANKS TO OUR TEAM OF COLLABORATORS!

PORT HOPE

Piccini Architect

With all of his architectural experience, Reno Piccini was such an essential partner in our development and completion of the Brewery. He knew exactly how to make the structure feel like authentic Port Hope. It’s almost as if the brewery has always been part of the town. Every decision, big or little, was handled with professionalism and care. Reno has crafted a structure that he can truly be proud of, and will be a landmark in Port Hope for many years to come.
COBOURG

Dalren General Contractor

Dalren was a pleasure to work with from day one. Every construction day was efficiently laid out, and they kept to the schedule all the way through the build, despite many hurdles and restrictions that they had to deal with in the current climate. Site Manager Kevin Clement and Project Manager Paul Kelly took the project on as if it were their own. From extremely long days to managing the many different subcontractors… we’re extremely grateful for all of the hard work and outcome of the project. And many thanks to all of the local contractors who worked with Dalren to make it such a success. If there were ever a Ganny Brewery no 2, we know who we’re gonna call…
COBOURG

At Signs

Kevin was great to work with, and the signs you see hanging around the building have all been crafted and installed by him. You can’t miss the sign on the rooftop patio; it really ties everything together.
PORT HOPE

Shawn Burnside Woodworking

Come and see the finely crafted taproom bar and surrounding cabinets… as well as the rooftop lookout bar that was all designed, built, shaped, and installed by Sean. He knew exactly what we wanted, and when you sit down at either bar, you can see the effort that went into these unique and original areas to dispense our beer. Sean also installed the beautiful blackboard that we display our beer menu on. So, you really can’t avoid seeing his influence on our brewery.
WHITBY

Carefoote Beverage Solutions

When setting up a brewery, there is no one more valuable than Rob Carefoote. If you have been in almost any brewery in the last few years there is a good chance that you have seen Rob’s impressive work. He has helped us every step of the way from the conception of The Ganaraska Brewing Company, and without Rob we probably wouldn’t be where we are now. He always looks out for your best interests and is an all-around great person. We look forward to continuing to work with Rob and his team in the future.
LINDSAY

Mariposa Electric

Based out of Lindsay, Mariposa Electric has been in service for over 20 years. This isn’t the first brewery that Mariposa has helped get running, they also did all the electrical work at The Pie-Eyed Monk in Lindsay. Mike Gourlie has been a pleasure to work with and has done an amazing job getting all our equipment in the tank room powered up.
